Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of purchase.

Delivery time
Standard delivery via Expedited Express (DHL/FedEx) takes 5 to 8 business days from the date of shipment, in addition to processing time. This applies across all regions we ship to.

We ship to United States, Canada, and United Kingdom in our Domestic zone. Denmark, France, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, South Korea, and Sweden in our Global Expansion zone. Australia, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Kuwait, Norway, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Switzerland, and United Arab Emirates in our Luxury Export zone.

Shipping costs
United States, Canada, United Kingdom: free on orders $100 and up, $12.99 on orders under $100.
Denmark, France, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, South Korea, Sweden: free on orders $100 and up, $19.99 on orders under $100.
Australia, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Kuwait, Norway, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Switzerland, UAE: free on orders $100 and up, $12.99 on orders under $100.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped via DHL/FedEx Expedited Express from our fulfillment center.

You will receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.

Delays
Occasionally, carrier delays or customs processing for international orders may extend delivery beyond the estimated window. We will keep you updated if this happens with your order.
