Fits vary by collection: ultra-wide baggy pants with an elastic waist and drawstring, boxy shirts, relaxed shackets and baggy hoodies. Check the fit note on each product page before choosing your size.

Yes. Keep the item you have and we will ship your correct size for a flat $12.99 reshipping fee. Nothing to send back.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery by DHL or FedEx Express then takes about 5–8 business days. Express delivery (about 2–4 business days) is available at checkout in most countries. Customs can occasionally add a few days.

You have 14 days from delivery and there is nothing to ship back. Email support@clazzey.store with your order number and a photo of the item. Items should be unworn and unwashed.

Your choice: full store credit for the order value, or a cash refund with a $9.99 processing fee deducted. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
