Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

All orders ship via DHL Express or FedEx International and are delivered in 5–7 business days worldwide. Orders placed today dispatch the next business day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free express shipping on all orders over $100 USD. Orders below $100 have a flat-rate shipping fee depending on your country. Your currency is automatically detected.

What's the discount code for first orders?

Use code CLAZZ10 at checkout for 10% off your first order. No minimum order value. Valid for new customers only.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide — USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, Middle East and beyond. All orders are fully tracked and insured via DHL Express or FedEx.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Track directly on the DHL or FedEx website. For issues email support@clazzey.store.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Within 12 hours of placing the order only. Email us immediately if you need to change anything.

Sizing

How do your clothes fit?

All Clazzey pieces are designed oversized. Tees and hoodies run larger than standard — size down for a fitted look, stay true for the full oversized look. Wide leg trousers run true to waist measurement. Always check the Size Guide before ordering.

What if I'm between sizes?

For tees/hoodies: size down for fitted, size up for full drop. For trousers: match your natural waist measurement — elastic stretches ±4cm. Still unsure? Email us or DM on Instagram.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale. Email support@clazzey.store to initiate.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes — free size exchanges within 30 days. Email us with your order number and the size you need. We'll sort it out.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Shopify Pay, PayPal and Apple Pay. All via Shopify's secure, PCI-DSS compliant checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Completely. PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant via Shopify/Stripe. We never store card details. All transactions are SSL encrypted.

Product Care

How do I care for all-over print?

Machine wash cold (30°C), inside out. No tumble dry. No bleach. No direct iron on print. The sublimation dye is embedded in the fabric — colours stay vibrant after 50+ washes.

Will the print fade?

No — sublimation is dye-based, embedded in the fibres. Fundamentally different from screen print. Proper care = permanent colour.
