Size Exchange
Ordered the wrong size? No need to send anything back — keep your original item and we'll ship your correct size for a flat $12.99 reshipping fee.
Simply email support@clazzey.store with your order number and the size you need. Once your reshipment fee is processed, your correct size ships out within 1 to 2 business days. No returns, no waiting, no hassle.
Returns and Refunds
Not the right fit for you? We don't require you to send the item back. Just email us a photo of the item along with your order number, and we'll process your request.
You can choose:
- Store credit for the full order value, or
- Cash refund, with a $9.99 processing fee deducted from the refund amount
Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days once approved.
Return Window
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Product Condition
Items should be unworn and unwashed. Since no physical return is required, we rely on the photo submitted at the time of your request to verify condition.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
