01 — SHIPPING

Shipping Policy

We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been collected by our courier.

Delivery timeframes:

• USA: 5–7 business days (express tracked)
• UK & Europe: 5–7 business days (express tracked)
• Australia & New Zealand: 6–8 business days
• Rest of World: 6–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or courier delays outside our control. All international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@clazzey.store and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

02 — RETURNS

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Clazzey order. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility conditions:

• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• All original tags must be attached and intact
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

To initiate a return, email support@clazzey.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your returned item.

03 — PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

Clazzey (operated by Nexora Creations LLC) is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect:

• Name, email address, and shipping address (to fulfil orders)
• Payment information (processed securely by Shopify — we never store card details)
• Browser and device data via cookies (for analytics and site improvement)
• Email address if you subscribe to our newsletter (with your explicit consent)

How we use it:

• Processing and fulfilling your orders
• Sending order confirmations and shipping updates
• Sending marketing emails (only if you opted in — unsubscribe any time)

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We use Shopify as our e-commerce platform — their privacy practices are described at shopify.com/legal/privacy.

• All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required by law
• We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud)
• Product colours may vary slightly from screen to screen — we are not responsible for monitor calibration differences
• All intellectual property including designs, logos, and copy belongs to Nexora Creations LLC
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
